At HoneyVeda, we take pride in the purity of our honey; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or tampered with. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to initiate a claim.

Send an email to our support team within 48 hours of delivery including your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.

Our quality assurance team will review your photos and details to verify the claim against our shipping and batch records.
- 3.Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back or safely disposed of.
- 4.Resolution
We will process your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement jar at no additional cost to you.
