Is HoneyVeda honey 100% pure and natural?
Yes, our honey is raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. We source it directly from our own apiaries to ensure it retains all its natural enzymes, pollen, and nutritional benefits without any added sugar or preservatives.
Why has my honey crystallized? Is it still good to eat?
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. It does not mean the honey has gone bad. You can easily liquefy it by placing the jar in a warm water bath (below 40°C) for a few minutes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.
Do you offer returns or refunds for food products?
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
Is it safe to give HoneyVeda honey to infants?
No, honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age due to the risk of botulism, a rare but serious form of food poisoning that can affect babies.
